Freestyle wrestling at Fight City Gym. Your goal is to pin your opponent on the mat using your arms and upper body, not your legs. This style of wrestling is intense, creative and challenging for those who choose to learn it.
Physical techniques of freestyle which embody the style of wrestling are clinching, holding, locking, and leverage. Students will learn how to use their body to control and pin an opponent effectively.
